I don’t even know what to say. If you don’t understand the legacy of Nate by now, then you never will. No auto tune, no over top carrying on in a song, no tight pants, no dancing, and def no sugar coated bull shit. You can believe no one ever felt like a sucker or fast forwarded through a Nate Dogg hook. He worked with every one from the West Coast classics that first come to mind, to Dirty South club hits, to East Coast lyricists (even helped set off Fab’s career for his first single), and made every thing sound better. Your favorite singer is NOTHING compared to Nate. NOTHING. Strictly tailored suits and G-funk soul. I’m done ranting, and like most people today, will be spending my time today listening to the classics that helped shape my teen years that Nate provided the unforgettable choruses for.
